This is where I left off on the drawing last night.  The photo has been retaken outside with the natural light, so the drawing looks much better in this photo. 

The study will be taking some big turns over the next few hours of drawing.  Rich blacks always give good depth, compressed charcoal helps, but India ink is one of my favorite mediums and can give the deep, rich black I'm looking for in the drawing.

Sorry I forgot to attached photo with last post update --

I figured out how to work our digital camera a little better, some pictures were coming out with a blue tint. This picture is more true to real life colors.
